In support of banning the criminal conviction check boxes for employment applications, in order to allow those with previous criminal convictions a chance to get an interview based on their experience and qualifications, not just their criminal history. This gives potentially qualified employees the chance to be selected on their merits and eliminates an unfair catch-22 for those who have a criminal history.
